How it starts
What the first 30 days look like.
This is not a coaching call with homework. The process is diagnostic first, then protocol-driven: bloodwork, wearable data, and behavioral mapping before a single recommendation is made. Every adjustment is evidence-based and built from your numbers, not a template.
Eight-minute application. If it is a fit, a 15-minute audit call follows. Not a sales call, a diagnostic screen. I ask the questions I ask at the start of every engagement to confirm the problem is one this system can solve. If the picture is more complex, a second, longer call happens before any commitment is made.
Bloodwork panel ordered. Wearable configured. A 60-minute onboarding session maps your history, patterns, and current data. Most men surface something in this session that no prior program identified.
Sleep architecture, nutrition timing, hormonal support, and behavioral structure: written for your biology and your life, not a template. This is not a plan you adapt. It is a plan built from your numbers.
Every session opens with a structured review of six domains: nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, mindset, and social/family dynamics. Check-in frequency depends on tier: biweekly (Structured) or weekly (Intensive). Adjustments follow evidence, not guesswork.
