What this covers

This page explains how I handle the confidential information you share during the Structural Test, the application process, and any engagement that follows. It is separate from the Privacy Policy, which covers data storage and access.

Assessment and intake data

Your Structural Test answers, application responses, and onboarding intake forms are visible only to me. I do not share individual assessment results with anyone, ever. Aggregate, anonymized data (for example, the percentage of men who score Biology as their primary break point) may be published, but never in a way that could identify an individual.

Bloodwork and biomarkers

Bloodwork results you upload are stored in an access-controlled database. Only I can view them. I do not share bloodwork results with your physician, spouse, or any third party without your explicit written consent. If you want me to coordinate with your physician, I will ask you to confirm that in writing first.

Session notes and recordings

I keep written notes from every session. These notes are stored in the same encrypted database and are visible only to me. Sessions are not recorded unless you request it. If you do request a recording, it is stored in access-controlled storage and deleted 90 days after the engagement ends unless you ask me to keep it longer.

Case studies and testimonials

I publish case studies and outcomes. Every case study is written with the client's explicit consent and reviewed by them before publication. Identifying details are changed or generalized unless the client has specifically approved the use of their name, industry, or other specifics.

If you are referred by an employer

If your employer or a third party referred you or is paying for your engagement, I will confirm the scope of what I can share with them before any work begins. By default, I share only whether you are an active client and whether the engagement is on track. I do not share assessment results, session content, bloodwork, or any clinical detail without your separate written consent.

Limits of confidentiality

I am not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. This engagement is performance consulting, not mental health treatment or medical care. If you disclose something that suggests you are at risk of harming yourself or others, or if I am legally compelled to disclose information by court order, the normal confidentiality protections do not apply. In those cases I will tell you what I am going to share and with whom before I share it.

After the engagement ends

Confidentiality obligations survive the end of the engagement. I will not discuss your case, share your data, or reference you as a client after our work ends without your explicit permission.
