Engagement
Ten seats. Tier is your choice.
Both tiers begin with the same 16-domain intake, the same 11-marker panel, and the same day-45 review. The tier decides how closely I track the build week to week.
Ten men at a time, because that is the number where I can hold the whole picture. The tier mix is not fixed — take the one that fits your situation and I will make the calendar work.
You have the data points but no one reading them together. You need a protocol built from your numbers and a clear rhythm to keep it moving.
Structured
First cohort- Two live calls per month, every two weeks, covering the domains in play
- One written monthly review: data, protocol adjustments, next priorities
- Text response within 24 hours, weekdays. One voice note per week between sessions
- Full 11-marker panel at intake and day 90
- Core 8 checkpoint at day 45
- Day-45 review with full measurement re-run
- Complete protocol handoff at close, yours to keep
Your situation is complex or fast-moving. You cannot afford a two-week lag between what changes and what the protocol reflects.
Intensive
First cohortEverything in Structured, plus:
- Four live calls per month, weekly, so nothing drifts more than seven days
- Voice and text, same-day response, weekdays. Up to two voice notes per week between sessions
- Full 11-marker panel at day 45 instead of the Core 8
- Measurements reviewed weekly rather than at checkpoints
- Adherence and decision architecture built into every session
- 90-day report with full re-assessment and updated protocol
- Quarterly full panels on continuation
Both tiers include
- 16-domain diagnostic across four foundations: biology, sovereignty, territory, lineage
- 11-marker panel selected and interpreted; ordered through your physician or a direct-access labSee full scope
- Written Structural Read: the load-bearing failure, why it spreads, and your build order
- Custom nutrition protocol built from your lab data
- Individualized capacity programming
- Supplement audit against your actual deficiencies
- Environmental audit with measured readings
- Partner report, with written consent from both of you
- Physician letter at intake
- Direct messaging access between sessions
The Build runs 3 months · then six-month Hold terms · Maintenance beyond · All sessions via Zoom · First-cohort rates hold for the full duration of your engagement
Run Clean
What I expect from you
The protocol does the thinking. Your job is to keep all four systems running clean every week and let me read the data. You report it in a five-minute weekly check-in.
Train and eat to your protocol
Three or more training sessions, fifteen-plus on-protocol meals, and under eight drinks. Programmed in Trainerize; you follow it. Grace built in for travel, dinners, or just being human.
Ten deep-focus hours on the one priority
Not busywork. The work that actually moves your life forward, protected and done before the week fills up.
Hold your home base
Minimal nights away, an environment that supports the protocol instead of fighting it.
Ten present hours with the people bound to you
Real connection, devices down, and any conflict repaired inside the week rather than left to harden.
Every session, on time
Structured: twice a month. Intensive: every week. If something comes up, you reschedule within the week. This is the one place there is no flexibility.
Everything else is either passive—your wearable tracks sleep, HRV, and heart rate inside Trainerize, where I read it between sessions—or happens at checkpoints (day 0, 45, and 90), not as weekly homework.
How payment works
Three phases: the Build paid up front, six-month Hold terms at your locked rate, and half-price Maintenance beyond.
The Build · paid in full up front
The first 3 months are paid once at the start — $2,250 Structured, $3,300 Intensive. Paying up front secures your seat and keeps the day-45 guarantee clean: if it is invoked, exactly half comes back.
The Hold · six-month terms
After the Build you renew six months at a time at your locked founding rate. Pay monthly, or pay the term in full for 10% off — the only discount in the practice.
Maintenance · half the rate
The long-horizon phase, at half the founding rate — $375 Structured, $550 Intensive, with reduced cadence.
Everything is non-refundable except under the day-45 review below.
Transparency
What is not included in the monthly fee
No hidden fees. The monthly rate covers my time, your protocol, your data, and your access.
The arc
Three phases: the Build, the Hold, Maintenance
01 · Days 0–90
The Build
The diagnostic, the panel, and the initial protocol, built in the sequence that holds. By day 45 the numbers have moved or we know why they have not. Paid in full up front, protected by the day-45 review.
02 · Six-month terms
The Hold
Where the structure meets real pressure: travel, work surges, family events, and the deeper relational and directional work built on top once the substrate holds. Billed in six-month terms.
03 · Ongoing, half rate
Maintenance
Once the architecture is internalized, the cadence drops: a monthly call instead of weekly or biweekly, quarterly panels. The long horizon for men who have been through the full arc.
Six months rather than month to month because biology and habit compound—short cycles make men quit right before the work lands.
The commitment
The day-45 review
At day 45 we re-run your bloodwork and every measurement from intake. If the numbers have not moved and you want out, you keep the protocol and half your build fee is returned within fourteen business days — day 45 is the midpoint of the 90, so half is the honest return of the part you did not use.
Two conditions: you attended your sessions and you completed the day-45 bloodwork. The guarantee is not a compliance trap.
This clause has not been invoked yet. When it is, I will say so here.
The first two weeks
What happens after you sign up
Day 0
Contract signed, payment confirmed. Your portal opens.
Days 1–3
The 16-domain intake form opens. You complete it at your own pace.
Days 3–7
Panel requisition sent. You get blood drawn at your physician or a direct-access lab.
Days 7–10
Lab results arrive. I build your initial protocol and written Structural Read.
Days 10–14
First session. We walk through your data, your build order, and your first two weeks of protocol.
Scope
Where this stops
I am not a physician, therapist, or licensed marriage counselor. I select and interpret panels; I do not prescribe. Written referral triggers are decided before I meet you: suicidal ideation, substance dependence, active marital crisis, trauma processing, or any lab value outside clinical range.
Common questions
A sleep program addresses sleep. A hormone protocol addresses hormones. Neither one puts those things in the right order. The diagnostic identifies which foundation is breaking first, and the build order fixes it in the sequence that actually holds.
Then the break is not in Biology. A clean panel with real symptoms points at Sovereignty, Territory, or Lineage, each with its own measurements. A practice that only measures bloodwork has nothing to tell you at that point.
No. B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, A.A. in Psychology, NASM certified, four years under Camilo Cereijo across 110+ protocols. I select and interpret panels, design protocols, and build structure. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your physician.
Biology does not move in thirty days. Some men feel a shift early; measurable change in the numbers takes sixty to ninety. Three months is the minimum window where the work can be honest.
Two to four hours of protocol execution plus one call and fifteen minutes of data logging. The intake is the heavy lift. Most of the build is redirecting effort you are already spending.
Travel is a named domain, not an exception. All of it gets mapped at intake and the protocol is built to run on the road.
Only if both of you consent in writing. She completes an eight-item report at day 0, 45, and 90, rating things she can observe. Her responses come to me and are shared with you in aggregate. She can withdraw at any point.
Confidentiality is standard, not something you request. No client is named or referenced publicly without written permission. Any individual narrative requires your consent and ten business days to review the draft.
Sessions are by Zoom, so cadence is not the issue. Lab access is. If you can get the 11 markers drawn through a physician or a direct-access lab in your country, the work runs normally. Raise it on the audit call and we will check before either of us commits.
Pick your tier and start the build
Fifteen minutes. I will have read your application first. We confirm the tier, the timeline, and whether the fit is right.
