The Method

Five principles. One build order. Run in the background.

The method is not a fifth foundation. It is the discipline of turning a read into a structure that holds under a bad week, applied across all sixteen domains, and carried by a measurement system that adjusts to your data instead of the other way around.

You have started this protocol before. You know exactly what to do and you have known for years. Fixing the right thing in the wrong order is why the last four attempts failed.

The failure pattern

The plan was not the problem. The plan was built for a life that does not exist.

The routine that dies on the road

At home it holds. One work trip and the whole thing unravels because the system only works under controlled conditions.

Self-trust erodes quietly

Every broken commitment trains your own system that your word does not hold.

Nothing compounds

One hard week and you reset to zero. The structure that holds the gains was missing.

Methodology

Five principles, sixteen domains

These are not topics we discuss. They are what gets done to every domain in the system.

01

Sequence

what gets built first

Load-bearing order. You do not rebuild a marriage while sleeping five hours. Most protocols fail because they were correct about the destination and wrong about the first step. Sequence is the only part of this that cannot be copied off a podcast.

02

Friction

cost of the right action, lowered

Motivation fluctuates and vanishes exactly when you need it. The intervention is upstream of the moment of choice: make the target behavior small enough to execute without willpower, and trigger it where it naturally fits.

The phone on the nightstand, the absence of friction between you and the thing that drains you — each is a design problem with a structural fix.

03

Load

how much change the structure can take this week

Most men attempt eight changes in week one and hold none by week four. Load is the deliberate limit: how much the structure can absorb right now. The right number is usually smaller than you want and larger than you fear.

04

Measurement

what gets measured, how often, by what

Every domain gets a measurement that produces a number I did not get by asking how you feel. Sixteen domains, sixteen measurements, run at day 0, day 45, and day 90. If a domain cannot produce a number, it is not ready to be worked.

05

Verification

did it move

The gap between what you committed to and what you actually did, under real pressure, in the data. Compliance rates, adherence to the sequence, marker deltas. If the number did not move, the protocol was wrong. Not the man. That distinction is load-bearing for everything else in this practice.

Sequence

The default order, and why it is that order

Adjusted per client based on the intake and the panel. But it starts here, and it almost never starts where a man expects it to.

01

Recovery

Nothing above this holds without sleep. Non-negotiable first position.

02

Chemistry

The panel at intake sets the ceiling on everything else. There is no point designing the rest against a body we have not read.

03

Space and Calendar

The cheapest and fastest wins available. Buys credibility in week one and, more importantly, buys the capacity the hard work later requires.

04

Fuel and Conditioning

Now they stick, because you can actually recover from them. This is where most programs start, which is why most programs fail.

05

Inputs and Travel

Protects the gains from erosion. Travel and information load are what dismantle a working protocol in month three.

06

Composure, then Decision

Only once the body has capacity. Attempting this first is the industry’s default error and the reason “mindset work” has a bad reputation among men who have tried it.

07

Independence

Structural independence. Runway and income concentration set the ceiling on which decisions you can actually act on.

08

Marriage, Fatherhood, Council

Requires everything above it. Presence is capacity, not intention.

09

Direction and Legacy

The deep work. Months four through twelve. What you are aiming at and what you transmit. This is why clients stay past ninety days.

Note where the visible proof lives and where the durable change lives. Biology delivers the ninety-day numbers. Sovereignty and Lineage are what month seven is for.

How it runs

A single 90-minute onboarding, then roughly 30 minutes a week

Most coaching asks for hours of logging and rewards you with guesswork. This one inverts that. You set the baseline once; after that, the measurement runs on its own and you spend your time where it counts.

Automation-first

Data collection, trend tracking, and reminders are handled by the system, not by you filling in forms.

Alerts, not nagging

You hear from the system when a number moves in the wrong direction, not on a fixed schedule that ignores your data.

Protocol that adapts

Every reading feeds the protocol. Adjustments are driven by measurement, at the checkpoints that matter.

The 90 days, end to end

One build cycle is three months. Here is what happens, and how little of it depends on you doing the tracking.

Day 0

Intake and baseline

A single 90-minute onboarding. The full 11-marker panel goes out, all 16 measurement domains are captured, and your first protocol is built from what the numbers actually say. No generic template.

Weeks 1–13

Execution

About 30 minutes of your time a week: one structured Sunday check-in and one session. Everything else runs in the background. As data comes in, the protocol adjusts, and automated alerts flag drift before it becomes a setback.

Day 45

Core 8 checkpoint

We re-run the 8 fast-moving markers and every measurement from intake. This is the midpoint review that backs the money-back guarantee: the numbers have moved, or we know exactly why they haven’t.

Day 90

Full re-assessment

The full 11-marker panel and all 16 domains are re-measured against your baseline. You get a complete report, an updated protocol, and a clear renewal decision grounded in results.

What you see vs what I see

Your view is deliberately simple: the few things you act on this week. My view is the full instrument panel. Complexity is my job, not yours.

Your dashboard

  • Your North Star metric and where it stands this week
  • Your Run Clean check-in: all four foundations, one clean week
  • Your next session agenda
  • Your biomarker vault with plain-language ranges
  • The specific playbooks for your current protocol

What I track

  • All 16 measurement domains, tracked together
  • Biomarker trends read against optimal, not just reference, ranges
  • Decision latency and calendar re-acceptance rate
  • Environment readings and the eight-item partner report
  • Automated drift alerts and guarantee-compliance status

What got eliminated

Selective isn’t a shortcut. Every removal below made room for something that does more with less of your time.

Daily food and alcohol logging
Targeted measurement at the points that actually change the protocol
Manual spreadsheets and data entry
Dashboards that populate themselves
Generic, off-the-shelf programs
A protocol tuned to your own numbers
Guessing whether it is working
An objective day-45 review, backed by a guarantee
A stream of check-in messages
One structured Sunday check-in a week
A bloated 16-marker panel
11 markers that are actionable, revealing, and predictive
