The System

Four foundations. Sixteen domains. Nothing lands in two places.

Biology is what you are made of. Sovereignty is who is steering. Territory is what surrounds you and has no will of its own. Lineage is the people bound to you, who do, across time.

Everything that governs how you function can be measured, all of it is connected, and it only holds when it is built in one right order. That is the whole method.

What your week looks like

Sixteen domains. Most of them run without you lifting a finger.

The system measures sixteen things. Your actual weekly effort is four. The rest is either passive or happens three times in ninety days.

Passive — your wearable and devices handle this

Sleep efficiency & architectureWearable, nightly
Resting HRV & heart rateWearable, nightly
Training volume & loadTrainerize, per session
Screen time & morning phone checkPhone report, automatic

Weekly — under five minutes

Nutrition targets5 of 7 days hit
Training sessions4 sessions completed
Check-inSleep, energy, stress ratings + one sentence on your longest-delayed decision

Checkpoint — three times in 90 days (day 0, 45, 90)

Bloodwork11-marker panel at intake & d90, Core 8 at d45
Environmental readingsLight, temperature, sound in bedroom
Partner reportEight items, rated by your wife, not you

Why these four and not five, or nine

Every determinant of how a high-output man functions sits in one of four positions: what he is made of, who is steering, what surrounds him, who is bound to him. Miss a position and you fix hormones while he sleeps five hours a night.

Medicine takes Biology, coaching takes a piece of Sovereignty, almost nobody instruments Territory, and nobody in this price band measures Lineage at all.

Four rules keep the domains from blurring

A framework fails in delivery, not on the website. It fails the first time two categories blur on a live call. These four rules resolve every ambiguous case, and you can apply them yourself.

01

The skin rule

Inside the skin is Biology. Outside it is Territory or Lineage.

02

The agency rule

If it has a will of its own, it is Lineage. If it does not, it is Territory. Your wife is not your environment. Your thermostat is.

03

The alone-in-a-room rule

If it still exists when you are alone in a room, it is Sovereignty. If it requires another person, it is Lineage.

04

The capacity rule

Biology is your capacity to regulate. Sovereignty is your use of that capacity.

When a man snaps at his kids at six in the evening, most coaches guess whether it is a discipline problem or a chemistry problem. I test it. Low free testosterone, five hours of sleep, and a resting HRV of 22 means the substrate has no capacity to regulate. That is Biology. A clean panel and eight hours of sleep with the same behavior means the capacity is there and it is not being used. That is Sovereignty. The protocols for those two men are not similar.

The method is not a fifth foundation. It is how the other four get built.

Sequence, friction, load, measurement, verification — five principles that turn a read into a structure that holds under a bad week. They apply across all sixteen domains, which is why they are not one of them.
