1. About this site
This website is operated by Erik Warner, an independent performance consultant. The site provides information about the four-foundation method, a Structural Test, and the ability to apply for a paid engagement. Using the site, taking the test, or submitting an application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Not medical advice
Everything on this site is performance consulting, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I am not a licensed physician, therapist, or registered dietitian. Bloodwork interpretation, protocol recommendations, and training guidance are educational and consultative in nature. You should consult your physician before making changes to your training, nutrition, supplementation, or medication.
3. The Structural Test
The Structural Test is a self-assessment tool. Its results are indicative, not diagnostic. The assessment identifies which of the four foundations is most likely your primary break point based on your self-reported answers. It is not a substitute for a clinical evaluation or a one-on-one engagement.
4. Engagements
Paid engagements are governed by the separate Service Agreement, which you sign before work begins. The terms on this page apply to use of the website only. If there is a conflict between these terms and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the four-foundation model, the Structural Test, articles, and methodology, is the original work of Erik Warner and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or adapt the content without written permission. Linking to the site is always fine.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access admin areas, reverse-engineer the assessment scoring, scrape content at scale, or submit fraudulent applications. I reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as-is, without warranty. Erik Warner is not liable for any decision you make based on the site content or the Structural Test results. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period, as specified in the Service Agreement.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
