Ten seats. Tier is your choice.

Both tiers begin with the same 16-domain intake, the same 11-marker panel, and the same day-45 review. The tier decides how closely I track the build week to week.

Ten men at a time, because that is the number where I can hold the whole picture. The tier mix is not fixed — take the one that fits your situation and I will make the calendar work.

You have the data points but no one reading them together. You need a protocol built from your numbers and a clear rhythm to keep it moving.

Structured

First cohort
$1,100/mo$1,500
  • Two live calls per month, every two weeks, covering the domains in play
  • One written monthly review: data, protocol adjustments, next priorities
  • Text response within 24 hours, weekdays. One voice note per week between sessions
  • Full panel at intake and day 90
  • Day-45 review with full measurement re-run
  • Complete protocol handoff at close, yours to keep
Apply for Structured

Your situation is complex or fast-moving. You cannot afford a two-week lag between what changes and what the protocol reflects.

Intensive

First cohort
$1,500/mo$2,100

Everything in Structured, plus:

  • Four live calls per month, weekly, so nothing drifts more than seven days
  • Voice and text, same-day response, weekdays. Up to two voice notes per week between sessions
  • Full panel at intake and day 90, plus a targeted day-45 recheck of anything flagged
  • Measurements reviewed weekly rather than at checkpoints
  • Adherence and decision architecture built into every session
  • 90-day report with full re-assessment and updated protocol
  • Quarterly full panels on continuation
Apply for Intensive

Both tiers include

  • 16-domain diagnostic across four foundations: biology, sovereignty, territory, lineage
  • 11-marker panel selected and interpreted; ordered through your physician or a direct-access labSee full scope
  • Written Structural Read: the load-bearing failure, why it spreads, and your build order
  • Nutrition guidance built around your lab data
  • Individualized capacity programming
  • Supplement audit against your actual deficiencies
  • Environmental audit with measured readings
  • Partner report, with written consent from both of you
  • Physician letter at intake
  • Direct messaging access between sessions

All sessions via Zoom · First-cohort rates hold for the full duration of your engagement

Run Clean

What I expect from you

The protocol does the thinking. Your job is to keep all four systems running clean every week and let me read the data. You report it in a five-minute Sunday check-in inside your portal. Most of what follows is time you already spend, redirected and protected, not new hours added to your week.

Body

Train and eat to your protocol

3 training sessions, 5 or fewer off-protocol meals, and fewer than 8 drinks. Programmed in Trainerize; you follow it. Grace built in for travel, dinners, or just being human.

Drive

At least ten deep-focus hours on the one priority

Not busywork. The work that actually moves your life forward, protected and done before the week fills up.

Space

Hold your home base

On the road, you run a travel version of the protocol built at intake. Travel is a condition the plan is built for, not a reason it breaks.

People

At least ten present hours with the people bound to you

Real connection, devices down, and any conflict repaired inside the week rather than left to harden.

•

Every session, on time

Structured: twice a month. Intensive: every week. If something comes up, you reschedule within the week. This is the one place there is no flexibility.

Your Sunday check-in, about 5 minutes: off-protocol meals, drinks, protein days, training sessions, reactivity (1–5), decisions closed, focus hours, present hours, and, after day 45, the share of your standards you kept. Plus one sentence on the week.

Your client zone

A private portal that runs the whole engagement

The moment you sign, a private client zone opens. It is deliberately simple on your side—the few things you act on this week—while the full instrument panel stays on mine. Everything below is included in both tiers.

Your North Star metric and exactly where it stands this week
The Run Clean check-in: all four foundations, one clean week, five minutes every Sunday
Your biomarker vault, every panel plotted against optimal ranges in plain language
Your next session agenda and a running log of what we decided
The specific playbooks for your current protocol, and your logged vitals over time
Direct messages with me, plus alerts the moment a number drifts

How payment works

Three phases: the Build paid up front, six-month Hold terms at your locked rate, and half-price Maintenance beyond.

The Build · paid in full up front

The first 3 months are paid once at the start — $3,300 Structured, $4,500 Intensive. Paying up front secures your seat and keeps the day-45 guarantee clean: if it is invoked, exactly half comes back.

The Hold · six-month terms

The Build is 90 days, paid up front. At day 90 you choose whether to continue into a six-month Hold. Nothing renews without your written yes. Each Hold term also requires your written yes to renew. Pay monthly, or pay the term in full for 10% off — the only discount in the practice.

Maintenance · half the rate

The long-horizon phase, at half the founding rate — $550 Structured, $750 Intensive, with reduced cadence.

The Build is non-refundable except through the day-45 review. You are never charged for a Hold term you did not agree to.

Transparency

What is not included in the monthly fee

Lab draws — Labs about $[PRICE] per draw, paid directly to the lab. Through your physician or a direct-access lab. Intensive adds a targeted day-45 recheck if anything was flagged at intake. I select the markers and interpret the results.
Supplements — about $50/mo based on your labs. I audit what you take; I will never recommend something your data does not support.
DEXA scan — optional, $50–$150 per scan. Recommended at intake and day 90 for body composition.

No hidden fees. The monthly rate covers my time, your protocol, your data, and your access.

The arc

Three phases: the Build, the Hold, Maintenance

01 · Days 0–90

The Build

The diagnostic, the panel, and the initial protocol, built in the sequence that holds. By day 45 the numbers have moved or we know why they have not. Paid in full up front, protected by the day-45 review. Days 0–14 are onboarding: intake, labs, and your written Structural Read. Week 1 of the protocol starts at your first session.

02 · Six-month terms

The Hold

Where the structure meets real pressure: travel, work surges, family events, and the deeper relational and directional work built on top once the substrate holds. Billed in six-month terms.

03 · Ongoing, half rate

Maintenance

Once the architecture is internalized, the cadence drops: a monthly call instead of weekly or biweekly, quarterly panels. The long horizon for men who have been through the full arc.

Six months rather than month to month because biology and habit compound—short cycles make men quit right before the work lands.

The commitment

The day-45 review

At day 45 we re-measure eight things that can genuinely move in six weeks: sleep efficiency, sleep regularity, resting HRV, resting heart rate, protected blocks held, phone-free mornings, open decisions closed, and your partner report score. Each has a defined threshold for improvement. If fewer than 3 of the 8 have improved and you want out, half your Build fee is returned within 14 business days and you keep your protocol. Two conditions: you attended your scheduled sessions (a session rescheduled within the same week counts) and you completed your Sunday check-ins. If you do not use a wearable or your wife declines the partner report, the threshold is 3 of the measurements that remain.

The eight day-45 measurements

This clause has not been invoked yet. When it is, I will say so here.

The first two weeks

What happens after you sign up

Day 0

Contract signed, payment confirmed. Your portal opens.

Days 1–3

The 16-domain intake form opens. You complete it at your own pace.

Days 3–7

Panel requisition sent. You get blood drawn at your physician or a direct-access lab.

Days 7–10

Lab results arrive. I build your initial protocol and written Structural Read.

Days 10–14

First session. We walk through your data, your build order, and your first two weeks of protocol.

Scope

Where this stops

This is performance consulting, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I am not a physician, therapist, or registered dietitian.

Written referral triggers are set before I meet you: suicidal ideation, substance dependence, active marital crisis, trauma processing, or any lab value outside clinical range.

If a child may be at risk of harm, I will report it as the law requires.

If you are ever in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number, before contacting me.

Nutrition guidance is general guidance built around your labs and goals, not medical nutrition therapy. Check any change with your physician, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Common questions

A sleep program addresses sleep. A hormone protocol addresses hormones. Neither one puts those things in the right order. The diagnostic identifies which foundation is breaking first, and the build order fixes it in the sequence that actually holds.

Then the break is not in Biology. A clean panel with real symptoms points at Sovereignty, Territory, or Lineage, each with its own measurements. A practice that only measures bloodwork has nothing to tell you at that point.

Because this is the cohort rate precisely because there are no published outcomes yet. It is the lowest it will ever be, and your Cohort 01 rate holds for the life of the engagement. The day-45 review returns half your build fee if nothing moved. Every number gets published, including the ones that go against me. You are not betting on my reputation. You are betting on your own bloodwork.

No. B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, NASM certified, four years under Camilo Cereijo across 110+ protocols. I select and interpret panels, design protocols, and build structure. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your physician.

Biology does not move in thirty days. Some men feel a shift early; measurable change in the numbers takes sixty to ninety. Three months is the minimum window where the work can be honest.

The new time is small: two to four hours of protocol execution, one call, and a five-minute Sunday check-in in your portal. The intake is the heavy lift up front. The larger targets you will see under Run Clean (ten focused hours on your priority, ten present hours with your people) are not extra homework: they are time you already spend, redirected and protected.

Travel is a named domain, not an exception. All of it gets mapped at intake and the protocol is built to run on the road.

Only if both of you consent in writing. She completes a six-item report at day 0, 45, and 90, rating things she can observe. Her responses come to me and are shared with you in aggregate. She can withdraw at any point.

Confidentiality is standard, not something you request. No client is named or referenced publicly without written permission. Any individual narrative requires your consent and ten business days to review the draft.

Sessions are by Zoom, so cadence is not the issue. Lab access is. If you can get the 11 markers drawn through a physician or a direct-access lab in your country, the work runs normally. Raise it on the audit call and we will check before either of us commits.
