You built the life.
Now build the foundation under it.
- BodySleep that holds through the night
- DirectionDecisions that land inside a day
- EnvironmentA life you don’t need to escape
- The people it’s forPresence your family notices before you do

01What is actually going on
You are not broken. The structure underneath is.
The effort was never the problem. You are performing — something underneath is steering.
Your reactions run before you do.
Not discipline. Physiology moving first.
You cannot improve what you are not measuring.
The data exists. Nobody reads it as a system.
The direction you are holding may not be yours.
You hit the number. Nothing changed.
Your environment is quietly draining you.
Defaults working against you daily.
None of these are emergencies. The cost compounds quietly. That is exactly what makes them dangerous.
Per month
Slower decisions. Shorter patience. Something is consuming the capacity before you can deploy it.
Per quarter
The workarounds become the identity. "I am going to fix this" becomes "this is just how I operate now."
Per decade
Your kids are building their model of a man out of whichever version comes home. That version is being set now, not later.
Every man who started late says the same thing: the cost was not the money. It was the years he was present for the work and absent for everything the work was supposed to protect.
02Who this is for
Men who earn well, lead well, and know the engine underneath is not matching what they built.
Built for you if
- You want full control over how you operate.
- You want rapid, measurable feedback, not encouragement.
- Energy, sleep, focus, or drive has quietly dropped and you cannot say why.
- You want to be fully present for the people who depend on you.
- You are ready to commit 90 days of consistent effort.
Not for you if
- You want a quick fix without daily execution.
- You have left every program before it could work.
- You would rather not know what the bloodwork says.
- You want someone to manage your medications. That is your physician’s job.
If you are still reading, the honest question is not whether something is breaking. It is which of your four foundations — body, direction, environment, and the people you carry — is breaking first.
03The System
Four foundations. Sixteen domains. One order they get built in.
Fix one in isolation and the other three pull it down.
The System
Erik Warner
Biology
— the substrate“You slept seven hours and woke up exhausted.”
Sleep, hormones, and nervous-system markers a standard panel is not built to catch.
Fuel · Conditioning · Recovery · Chemistry
Sovereignty
— the operator“You hit the number. Nothing changed.”
Separating the direction you chose from the one you inherited, and the runway that decides whether you can act on either.
Direction · Composure · Decision · Independence
Territory
— the surroundings“Your bedroom is five degrees too warm.”
Spaces, calendars, inputs, and travel shaped so your environment stops working against you.
Space · Calendar · Inputs · Travel
Lineage
— the line forward“The people you built it all for feel the shortfall before you can name it.”
Your marriage, your children, the men you answer to, and what you transmit. The one foundation nobody in this market measures.
Marriage · Fatherhood · Council · Legacy
Each foundation has a deeper read — the domains, the instruments, and how they connect.
When all four run clean, the man matches what he has built.
04The Method
Everyone sells the what. Almost nobody sells the order.
You have started this protocol before, more than once. You know exactly what to do. It holds for a week, then collapses under load. The gap between knowing and doing is not information — it is architecture.
Fixing the right thing in the wrong order is why it did not hold last time. Recovery first, chemistry second, then the cheap environmental wins, then the hard work. Built in that order, discipline compounds instead of burning out. That order is the product.
Most programs chase the symptom. A rough night becomes a sleep aid, low drive becomes another prescription. I work the other direction, finding what is driving the symptom and removing it, so the fix holds without you propping it up.
That is the method. The man behind it is why it holds.

Apprenticeship
Four years under Camilo Cereijo at an elite Los Angeles practice serving executives, physicians, attorneys, and engineers.
110+ protocols, every one built alongside my mentor.
First cohort now open.
Structure on one side. Instability on the other. I learned to read both.
My father taught by principle: look at the mechanism, not the surface. The other side of my family lived with mental illness, and that trained me to find the pattern underneath before doing anything else.
The men I work with do not lack discipline. They want to know exactly what is suppressed, and once they have a protocol built from their own data, they follow it.
I have been on both sides of that pattern myself, so I read for the cause before anything else — and I will tell you what the numbers say even when it is not what you hoped to hear. You are not paying me to agree with you.
The goal was never your dependence on me. It is you operating at full capacity, more yourself, and needing me less as the system starts to hold on its own.
If this resonates, the next step is putting numbers to it.
06Diagnostic
Find out which foundation is breaking first.
Twelve questions. Three minutes. A structural read on which of the four is failing, why it is spreading, and what it is costing you. Completely optional — you can apply directly without taking it.
Your result appears on screen · The full written read is emailed
The Test is self-service. The Structural Audit is a private 15-minute call where we discuss what the Test surfaced and whether a protocol makes sense. No pitch.
Once you know which foundation is breaking, the question becomes what gets measured and how.
07Measurement
Every domain produces a number I did not get by asking how you feel.
Sixteen domains, sixteen measurements, run at intake, day 45, and day 90. The same instruments every time, so the movement is measured, not remembered.
I measure everything so you don’t have to. The tracking, the reminders, and the reviews run on their own in the background, so almost none of it lands on your plate — about 30 minutes of your week, and the system carries the rest.
Measurement is what makes this honest — the numbers move or they do not, and you see which. The pricing is what makes it possible.
08Proof
No testimonials. A table, published live.
This is the first cohort under my own name, so I am not going to show you cherry-picked wins. Every measurement, at every checkpoint, is published here in aggregate including the markers that did not move.
The outcome table is already live and reads from the same records the engagement writes to. Right now it is honestly empty. When there are numbers, they will be here, and they will include the ones that did not go my way.
09Engagement
Two tiers. One standard of attention.
Ten men at a time, because that is the number where I can hold the whole picture. Both tiers begin with the same 16-domain intake, the same 11-marker panel, and the same day-45 review.
Structured
For the man who has the data points but no one reading them together. A protocol built from your numbers, held to a steady rhythm.
- The 16-domain diagnostic, the 11-marker panel, your written Structural Read
- A protocol built from your labs, yours to keep
- Two deep sessions a month, tracked every two weeks so nothing drifts
Intensive
For the man whose situation is complex or fast-moving. No two-week lag between what changes and what the protocol reflects.
- Everything in Structured, tracked at the closest range I offer
- Weekly sessions, measurements read every seven days
- Full panel at intake, day 45, and day 90; decision architecture in every session
A real engagement, not a subscription: a 3-month Build paid up front and de-risked by the day-45 review, six-month Hold terms at your locked rate, and a half-price Maintenance horizon beyond. First-cohort rates hold the entire way.
The day-45 review
At day 45 we re-run your bloodwork and every measurement from intake. If the numbers have not moved and you want out, half your build fee is returned. The full terms live on the Engagement page.
10Common questions
What you are probably wondering.
A sleep program addresses sleep. A hormone protocol addresses hormones. None put them in the right order. The diagnostic identifies which foundation is breaking first, and the build order fixes it in the sequence that holds.
Then the break is not in Biology. A clean panel with real symptoms points at Sovereignty, Territory, or Lineage, each with its own measurements.
That is exactly what the day-45 review is for. We re-run every measurement, and if the numbers have not moved you can walk with half your build fee back. The full terms are on the Engagement page.
